About Me
- Experienced Innovation ConsultantMy Name is Andreas Cem Vogt and I'm working as managing director at ScrumCenter (an agile methods consultancy based in Berlin, Germany with clients in the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Austria). 2009 I've co-founded nouvé brand and innovation design, a Berlin based international brand-led innovation agency. I help accelerate businesses (from start up to multinational companies) to gain growth and relevance on the market. I work since 1996 as an intrapreneur, entrepreneur, marketing- and brand consultant, and as new business generator specialized in creativity, innovation and change management.
I've worked for a web company which I've helped to gain from no name to a Top 20 ranking in Germany 1999, I've worked as strategic marketing consultant to a “Neuer Markt” listed company, and co-founded a start up in the online dialog management sector (SaaS, B2B).
I'am a general manager with broad experience in business model innovation, strong analytical thinking with extensive team management, communication, presentation and deal closing skills; I've a distinctive network. I love to address unsatisfied customer needs and build new business models around them and help clients question their business models, and envision and build new ones.
I hold an MBA from OU Business School (UK) an elite business school with triple accreditation specializing in financial strategy and innovation. I've studied in Berlin, San Diego, London and Oxford.I'm lecturer in business strategy at Media Design University for Design and Computer Science (Berlin).
My specialties are: entrepreneurial skills, branding knowledge, business model generation, new business development, visual thinking skills, presentation skills, start-up accelerator, certified ScrumMaster.Honors and Awards:- 2008 Best Service Desk Innovation
